PROJECT MANAGER, NYCRM MID-RISE ADDITION
NEW YORK CITY RESCUE MISSION – NEW YORK, NY
Mid-rise renovation and construction. Addition of 3 floors to top of existing mid-rise building in Manhattan. Liaise with multiple government agencies, providing project oversight for the Owner as the Owners Representative, worked with the Architect and Engineering team, remediating design problems, and developing critical solutions for the  General Contractor and Subcontractors through Project close-out and completion.

FIELD SUPERINTENDENT, INTEL — RB1/FAB 20
HOFFMAN CONSTRUCTION – PORTLAND, OR
Construction/expansion of 300mm FAB: integrating new Acid Waste Air Scrubbers/Air Handlers Complex Base build program scope and fast track schedule. Mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas and tool install. Key client interface, led design and construction firms through programming, construction and turnover phases for civil, architectural, structural and mechanical disciplines. Worked with Design Team Developing project plans/specs, presented project to Intel review board for approval, performed contract buyout, scheduled and coordinated construction activities, site logistics. Designed a historical value engineering technique incorporated at Intel facilities worldwide. Project executed with substantial value engineering and zero incidents or injuries. The Project success was instrumental for Hoffman Construction to win a contract to build D1D FAB.

AREA SUPERINTENDENT, INTEL — D1C FAB
DPR CONSTRUCTION – PORTLAND, OR
Construction/Base build of 300mm FAB Facility: mechanical, electrical, chemical, gas. Primarily responsible for scheduling and coordinating construction and logistics of base build, including: PSSS, Air Handlers, Clean Room and Sub FAB construction. Achieved two early completion milestone bonuses.

Washington Park Light Rail Tunnel & StationFIELD SUPERINTENDENT, TRI-MET — WASHINGTON PARK LIGHT RAIL STATION & TUNNEL
MARMOLEJO CONTRACTORS – ESTACADA, OR
Design build of Light Rail rapid transit train stations and portal structures. Heavy concrete structures with train platforms at 280’ underground with high speed elevators to surface stations and buildings. Coordinated and managed sub-contractors, Supervised foremen and craft tradesmen, worked with the Project Engineer in remediating design problems. Streamlined construction techniques means and methods, and completed project ahead of schedule with no time loss injuries.

Interstate 5 Ramps Overpasses & BridgeFIELD SUPERINTENDENT, ODOT — INTERSTATE-5 BRIDGE SEISMIC RETRO-FIT
MOWAT CONSTRUCTION – VANCOUVER, WA
Seismic retro-fit of Interstate 5 bridge with live traffic 24/7. Installation of reaction frame brackets, cable restraint systems, seismic confinement shells, girder diaphragm upgrades and replacement of main span bearing pedestals. Developed custom fabricated tools, equipment and working platforms for accessing and performing bridgework. Conducted daily safety meetings,  coordinated subcontractors and trades through all construction phases.
